Big thank you to Beto's Auto Body Shop. Luis was amazing since the beginning. From the claim processing to my vehicle being fixed as new. He communicated with me through out the process and made sure all the damages were properly fixed. If you're looking for quality assurance this is definitely the place to get your vehicle fixed. Not sure if it is because I am a single, senior woman or because I was paying cash but I had to be on the phone constantly asking about an update. After having it towed to BETOS, prior to the work being done and while it was being worked on, I asked SEVERAL times for a 'breakdown/estimate' of the repairs that would need done as my car was totaled in a hit and run. He knew I had $6K from insurance (he asked how much I was getting back for repairs, so he knew what I had for money), and all he would say was, we will keep it under the $6K. Towards the end he kept saying 'we are detailing it now' for several days. Since 'attention to detail' is so very important I would think in his line of work, that he would make sure EVERY DETAIL was taken care of, which he did not. I spent $5850 and I'm very dissatisfied ... instead of just replacing the mechanical rear housing itself, he took the whole shabang off including my fairly new Toyota rear drums/brakes, as I was told it was probably easier than taking off my good brakes and reassemble. (I had to go spend $ on getting new rear brakes because the ones he replaced were rusty and old.) I had just bought 20 new lug nuts (they are NOT CHEAP)

I wanted my 2017 Nissan leaf that has seen quite a few little scratches and dings in the course of the years be restored as if it were new because it works great otherwise and I have no reason to replace it except vanity and cosmetics. Well, let me tell you, Luis Beto serve both vanity and cosmetics in buckets and my car now looks fantastic as if it were new. And the fee for doing this was so low it was irresistible. Not only that but Beto people detailed the car is part of the deal so frankly if I wanted to, I’m ready to sell it at the highest price Beto help me recreate the new car experience with a machine that is truly remarkable and reliable at the highest level, I am so grateful

Whether your going through your insurance company or just putting off a repair that is well needed, come see Luis and his team and they’ll get you taken care of.

I went to the shop and Louise introduced himself to me and gave me his card. He said he could help me with my insurance claim repairs. He gave me a ride to my car rental place after I drop my car off for repairs there, and after my repairs I was able to leave my rental at the shop for enterprise to pick up. He was quick to respond to all of my messages regarding the insurance claim and timeline for the repairs. I’m very happy with the work, the price and the fact that they reattached my sunvisor which had become unattached unrelated to my accident. Luis went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable working with this shop for the first time. I’m so glad this worked out because they’re close to my house, within walking distance and I’ve driven by here many times. I highly recommend this shop. I was treated very well and taken care of more than I expected.
